Vujon Classic Spice

‘Traditional recipes made from scratch are the secret to great food and a successful business’ says the owners of
Vujon Classic Spice. ‘Vujon’ simply means food in Bengali.

Co-owners are Sudhir Kumar and head chef Gulab Hussain.

Gulab has been developing his culinary skills for over 40 years and said ‘I can cook a dish for our customers just the way they like it’ and added ‘Nobody in Warwickshire can beat me for quality and quantity of food’.

The Vujon menu has already expanded with two new dishes added within weeks of the official opening celebration in August.
Duck Halleam where special spices make the taste buds tingle and Empire Chicken created from a family recipe.

The official opening was conducted by Royal Leamington Spa’s Mayor David Greenwood.

Members and visitors at the Golf Club will find Vujon just a short drive from the course and a perfect end to your golfing pleasure can be guaranteed.

* Keema Hari Mirch Ka Dupiaza minced lamb cooked with green chillies, chickpeas, herbs and spices to give a hot and spicy taste.                                                               £6.95
